Tharicia McZorn, a Middletown, NY resident known as Thai, has dedicated most of her career to supporting impoverished communities and populations deeply affected by inequalities. Her work has consisted of; reproductive and sexual health education, teen pregnancy prevention, positive youth development, youth and family services, survivors of sexual assault, survivors of domestic violence, evidence and researched based education, and trauma informed services.

In addition to leading THAI Consulting LLC, Teaching Helping Advocating Inspiring, she also sits on the leadership council for the Middletown Cares Coalition (serving as the secretary), is a co host of a growing podcast "Unfiltered & Intentional", and is an executive producer of an independent film "LeatherMan".
