Isabel Rojas, a Latina born and raised in the Bronx, has resided in Newburgh for over a decade. Isabel started out her career in law enforcement in 2000 and is currently employed at the Orange County District Attorney's office as a Project Manager overseeing Group violence. Her goal in her current role is to keep people safe, alive, and out of prison. She earned her master’s degree in public administration and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Isabel also serves as a trainer for the Youth and Police Initiative (YPI) where she brings city of Newburgh youth and police officers together for safe and productive dialogue. She is a lover of all things that empower people to be the best version of themselves.
