Since 2019, Grace has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Ramapo Catskill Library System. She is the first Latina public library system director in New York State. And, she serves as Treasurer for the New York Library Association.

In addition to being a role model for Women of Color entering the field of Librarianship, she is proud of helping libraries obtain sustainable funding and working on projects that shape the field of librarianship for future generations.
