Toni has served the Hudson Valley region for more than 30 years in the Housing area of Human Services and currently serves as Executive Director at a regional Housing Authority. While she resides in Middletown, she was born and raised in Port Jervis. She is a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and engaged community member in both Middletown and Port Jervis.
