As the Executive Director of the Orange County Human Rights Commission, Inaudy has built upon her years of work in the region to raise awareness of and strive to extinguish oppression, racism, sexism and gender inequality. She immigrated to the United States as a child and has lived in the Hudson Valley since 2003.

Prior to leading the Human Rights Commission, she was Director with Fearless! Hudson Valley (formerly Safe Homes). More about her vision for our communities can be found in her 2018 TEDxNewburgh presentation, Turning Differences into Strengths.
